Webtastic is a static web hosting platform that allows users to upload and publish static websites. We provide hosting, SSL certificates, CDN distribution, and custom domain support.

3. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Host content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable
  • Distribute malware, phishing pages, or other malicious content
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Send spam or engage in deceptive practices

You retain all rights to the content you upload. By using the Service, you grant Webtastic a limited license to host, serve, cache, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete any site or account, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe it violates these Terms, applicable law, or poses a risk to the Service or its users. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your hosted content will be removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Webtastic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
